2. Key points

Without your consent this website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking services. Only if you choose “Accept” in the notice is the Meta Pixel loaded (see section 9).
Fonts and images are embedded locally. Visiting the site does not connect to Google or other third parties.
YouTube and Spotify players only load when you click them.
Enquiry forms store nothing on our server. They create a message that you send yourself by email or WhatsApp.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit it, the server processes technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, page requested, amount of data transferred, referrer URL, browser and operating system. This is required to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after 7 days. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

Transmission is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

4. Browser storage

When you open a password-protected area (price calculator, Artist-Scout areas), your browser remembers the unlock in session storage until you close the window. Your browser also stores your choice regarding the Meta Pixel (localStorage) so the notice does not appear on every visit. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us. The legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG, as storage is strictly necessary for the service you requested.

Jungle Run: the event game at www.dj-tiger.de/jungle-run stores the Instagram name you enter, the date, your score and your prize code only locally in your browser (localStorage), so that one run per day is possible and you can see your code again. This data is not sent to us. The follow buttons open Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), where their privacy policy applies.

5. Enquiries by form, email and phone

The enquiry forms (wedding, corporate event, private party, WILDLIW.secret, Artist-Scout application) combine your details into a message. You send it to us yourself via your email program or WhatsApp. Only then do we receive your data, for example name, email, phone number, date, venue, number of guests and music wishes.

We process this data to answer your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out your event. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (contract and pre-contractual measures), for general enquiries Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. For the WILDLIW.secret guest list or news the legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, which you can withdraw at any time.

We delete your data as soon as it is no longer needed. If a booking is made, we keep invoices and business letters for the statutory periods (up to 10 years under § 147 AO and § 257 HGB).

6. WhatsApp

You can contact us via WhatsApp. Clicking a WhatsApp button opens the WhatsApp app or website. The provider is WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. WhatsApp processes your phone number and metadata, among other things; transfer to the USA is possible. The parent company Meta Platforms Inc. is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. Use is voluntary; you can also reach us by email or phone. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR. WhatsApp privacy policy: whatsapp.com/legal.

7. YouTube videos

We embed DJ sets from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Before you click we only show a locally stored preview image; no connection to YouTube is made. The player only loads when you click play. Your IP address and device information, among other things, are then sent to Google, possibly to the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). Google privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

8. Spotify player

To listen to tracks right here, we embed the Spotify player. The provider is Spotify AB, Regeringsgatan 19, 111 53 Stockholm, Sweden. The player and its interface only load when you click a song tile. Your IP address and device information, among other things, are then sent to Spotify; if you are logged in to Spotify, it may link the playback to your account. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). Spotify privacy policy: spotify.com/legal.

9. Meta Pixel (only with consent)

If you choose “Accept” in the notice, we embed the Meta Pixel. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. The pixel sets a cookie (_fbp, stored for up to 90 days) and sends information about your visit to Meta: pages viewed, clicks on contact buttons (WhatsApp, email, phone), starting and submitting enquiries, and technical data such as IP address, browser and device. We do not transmit the content of your enquiries (names, contact details, messages). Meta may link this information to your Facebook or Instagram account and use it for its own purposes. We use the reports to measure which ads lead to enquiries and to show ads to suitable audiences.

We are jointly responsible with Meta for collecting and transmitting the data (Art. 26 GDPR); the agreement is available at facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. Meta is solely responsible for any further processing. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which Meta Platforms Inc. is certified. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 (1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. 10. Links to social networks

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Spotify are only linked, not embedded. Data is only transferred when you click a link and open the provider’s site, where their privacy policy applies.

11. Password-protected areas and Artist-Scout application

Passwords for the price calculator and the Artist-Scout areas are checked directly in your browser and are not sent to us. All fonts and program components of these areas are part of the website itself; no third-party content is loaded.

Application as an Artist-Scout-Manager: your details (name, town, email, phone, social media link, answers in the form) and your photo are not stored on this website. When you submit, WhatsApp opens with your application text and you send the photo yourself in the chat (see section 6 on WhatsApp). We process this data solely for the application process, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to prepare a collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If no collaboration results, we delete the data no later than 6 months after the process ends. You can withdraw your consent at any time by email to booking@dj-tiger.de.

12. Your rights

You have the right at any time to:

access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR)
rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place. You are not obliged to provide us with data; without contact details, however, we cannot answer your enquiry.
